Iman Djionne is a Senegalese casting director who has worked on various productions like the recent Matteo Garrone’s ‘Io Capitano’ (Silver Lion for Best Director and Best Young Actor Award in Venice ’23) and ‘Banel & Adama’, Ramata-Toulaye Sy’s feature film (Cannes’ official selection ‘23). Iman is also a director who has written and directed short films and audiovisual content and is currently developing her first feature. She is a Berlinale Talents and Locarno Filmmaker’s Academy alumna.
